Our Internet support methods are provided free to all Focus Web Design clients.

E-mail Support

Please e-mail us at support@focuswebdesign.com.au, or fill out the form below. You will be responded to in three hours at the most during business hours, and ten hours at the most outside of business hours. Please make sure to include either your username, phone number, or e-mail address so we can contact you.



What E-mail Support Is

The following list is an example of reasons you may wish to e-mail us for support:
  • Problems accessing your website (hosted by us)
  • Problems sending or receiving e-mail (hosted by us)
  • Problems or errors using the online hosting control panel, or online client service centre
  • Found a spelling mistake in your website (designed and maintained by us)
  • Problems or errors using the content management system
  • Password resets

What E-mail Support Isn't

The following list is an example of reasons that don't fall under our e-mail support system. Charges may apply for these types of e-mail support. Please note that we need to make this distinction to ensure that our prices can stay as low as possible - if we allowed all forms of support for free, we would need to increase our prices so we could afford it. You won't be charged without knowing it first.
  • Needing a new e-mail account created (you can do this through your online control panel - see the online support articles for instructions)
  • Problems using your computer or the Internet in general
