We are happy to make an appointment to come out to your home or business premesis to help you solve problems you may be having with your computers. Appointments can be made by phone or e-mail, and usually need to be made at least one day in advance.

Our charges are as follows:

Business hours on-site support

Appointments between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday

 

Call-out fee: $45
Hourly charge: $125

After hours on-site support

Appointments on weekends, public holidays, or weekday evenings

 

Call-out fee: $125
Hourly charge: $125
